cream:
½ cups Butter
½ cups Sugar
¼ teaspoons Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
2 eggs
1-½ cup All-purpose Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
⅓ cups Milk
toss cranberries with flour and slowly add to batter:
1-½ cup Cranberries
1 Tablespoon All-purpose Flour
set the batter aside and mix together
8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
½ cups Sugar
1 Tablespoon Flour
1 Egg
1 Tablespoon Orange Zest
pour half of the batter in a greased pan, then layer in the cream cheese filling, and lastly pour the rest of the batter on top. bake at 350* for about an hour.
